Turnkey design and construction of equestrian complexes: arenas, stables, engineering systems and site development.

About the company

Complexes built by a team that knows equestrian sport from the inside

Horse House is a construction company of the ALIR holding that specializes in the design and construction of equestrian complexes. Experience with “Vivat, Russia!” and other facilities of the holding gives the team an understanding of the requirements that riders, trainers and competition organizers place on such facilities.

Projects are developed in accordance with current building codes for sports facilities, including the relevant code SP 397.1325800.2018 for indoor sports buildings, and are adapted to the specific terrain, climate zone and discipline — show jumping, dressage, eventing or riding rental.

The company supports the project at every stage: from surveys and the architectural concept to turnkey handover and subsequent maintenance.
